New Student Orientations

All orientations for new students are held at 10:00 a.m., the day before the session start date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and School Holidays) as stated in the School Calendar. At the orientation, you will have time to meet the POLY staff, take the placement test, register for classes, and purchase textbooks. In addition, your advisor will go over general information such as opening bank account, obtaining library cards, etc.

The fees, which are estimated, include transportation and are subject to change with a 20-calendar-day notice prior to the event. The fee for any excursions is due 12 days prior to the scheduled activity, and excursions are subject to cancellation if the minimum required participants are not met. The details will be posted on the POLY Information Board at least 20-calendar days prior to the scheduled event.
